Tomato Avocado Salad



2cup chopped tomato 
 2 cups quartered, chopped cucumber 
 ¼ cup thinly sliced green onion 
1 tablespoon  squeezed lemon juice 
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
 1 garlic clove, pressed or minced 
2 teaspoons minced fresh dill Pinch of sea salt.
 ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
 1 cup chopped avocado.

 1.Combine all the ingredients, except the avocado, in a bowl and mix well. 

2.Add the avocado and gently mix well before serving. VARIATIONS Replace all or some of the cucumber and tomato with other chopped veggies, including broccoli, cabbage, celery, or bell pepper.
