Coffee was known in the past and coffee trade spread among many countries of the world. there no clear historical information either this coffee is originate from Greece or Turkey.  but it which is served at all social events or whenever we want in both of Greece and Turkey. Other names appeared for coffee, such as: Italian coffee of all kinds, and American coffee, and we recall that these types appeared according to the method used in preparing them, and today Greek Turkish coffee made from ground coffee is spread and considered an indispensable drink in the Mediterranean countries and middle east , and we will learn more about the way to make Greek Turkish coffee,  How to prepare it easy does not require a complex method of preparation? We recall that Greek Turkish coffee is a well roasted coffee and grinded very softly.  When preparing the coffee, the added amount is controlled, depending on the number of people who will drink the coffee. The higher the number, the more added the coffee.

the ingredients

 A glass of water.
 Two teaspoons of Turkish coffee.
 Sugar as desired.

 Instruction 

 We bring in a coffee scoop, put water and sugar in it and stir well, and put it on the fire until the water boils and the bubbles disappear.
 We remove the stirring from the heat, add the amount of coffee, and stir well.
 On low heat we boil the coffee boiled, but make sure to keep a layer in the form of foam for coffee, this foam is the delicious taste of Turkish coffee
