Ingredients

 Flour: 1 kg
 Instant yeast: 1 tablespoon
 Salt: 1 tablespoon
 Lukewarm water: 2 cups (or as needed)

 How to prepare

 Sift the flour well to get rid of any lumps in it.

 Add salt and yeast to the flour and stir well until the ingredients overlap.

 Pour lukewarm water with constant stirring using a spoon.

 Leave the ingredients in the refrigerator for an entire night.

 Grease an oven tray with butter and a workshop of flour.

 1. Heat the oven to 220 degrees.

 2. Shape the dough in a circular shape until you finish the quantity.
