Oat honey protein bar
Ingredients – makes 8 bars:
3 scoops of protein powder, vanilla
2 cups of oats
1/3 cup of natural peanut butter
1/3 – 1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of chocolate chips, dark
3 tablespoons of organic honey
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl. If needed, you can add more water, until it is the consistency you want. Use foil to line a medium baking pan.
Add oat mixture to baking pan and press it evenly until it covers the pan bottom Cut mixture into 8 bars.
Use foil to remove bars from pan.
