 moussaka is one of the popular foods spread in east Mediterranean countries specially in  Egypt  abd Greece and is found in restaurants of popular foods, sold in the form of sandwiches or quantities as needed and is also considered a home food, it is made at home and its components are very simple and is characterized by cheap price, it is a meal for the simplicity of the simplicity of its contents.

 the Ingredients

- Three large size  of eggplant, cut into slices.
- Three large  size of potatoes, cut into slices.
- Two tomatoes, cut into slices.
- A box of grated cooked cheddar cheese, - you can use mazurella, or any kind of melted cheese.
- Half a kilogram of minced meat.
- Two tablespoons of oil.
- Two grated onions.
- Half a cup of tomato juice.
- Two teaspoons of tomato paste.
- Pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Amount of rusk.
 -Two tablespoons of butter.
 - frying oil.

 How to prepare

 Sprinkle with salt on the eggplant, then put it in a filter until we get rid of the largest possible quantity of water, and it is preferable to put a heavy object on the eggplant.

 Fry the potatoes in hot oil until golden in color, take them out and put them on blotting paper.

 Dry the eggplant well, then fry in oil, then put it on blotting paper.

 We prepare the meat and put it in a skillet and put the oil and onions and saute until the onions wither and the meat dries dry, then put salt, pepper, tomato juice and sauce and leave them until the sauce evaporates and thickens.

 Grease the tray with butter and put rusk on top, then put the first layer of potatoes, then a layer of tomato slices, then a layer of eggplant slices, then a layer of meat and potatoes again, then eggplant and then sprinkle grated cheese on top.

 We put it in an oven at 180 ° C until the cheese melts and becomes golden.
